The Hollies Care Home is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Pontypridd. The home is registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) to provide accommodation for 44 who are aged over 18 years requiring nursing or personal care. On the days of inspection there were 34 residents in occupancy.

The home is owned and operated by Silvercrest Homes LTD. The company has nominated Mr Bikram Choudhary as the responsible individual to oversees the management of the home. A manager has been appointed to provide day to day management at the home. We were informed that the manager has not yet registered with Social Care Wales.
