Clarence House is a residential care home providing personal care for up to 20 people, at the time of the inspection the home was supporting 15 people. The home supported people over three floors with main communal areas to the ground floor.

There was a lift and stairs to all floors and all rooms were ensuite. One room was shared with consent and of the choice of the occupants.
